Something Missing?

Somerville Models was formed by Doug & Roly McHard in Britain, in 1978, and Doug passed in 2002.  They manufactured 1:43 scale white metal models, especially British cars of the 1930s and 40s, and Swedish Volvos.  Some were reissued by British Heritage Models.

The machinery, molds, and rights to the name were bought by Graham Ward of Promod in 2002.  The first kits came out in 2005 and built models in 2008. [Rise and Rise Again, Charles Barnett, Diecast Collector, July 2021]
