The history of the company began in 1920, when the farmer Friedrich Neumann registered a trade as a haulage contractor. At first with horse-drawn carriages, but then quickly with the change of the time also with trucks the company grew continuously and was extended in the 30's also on bus traffic. After the war, the company was expanded further.
Since the 1980s they specialized more and more in the transport of hanging and palletized meat.
