Something Missing?

Jessica Drew, also known as the Spider-Woman, is a Marvel character who made her debut in Marvel Spotlight No. 32 (Feb. 1977). After her mother, pregnant with Jessica, was struck with a beam of radiation containing the DNA of several different types of spiders, Jessica Drew developed superhuman powers patterned after several different types of spiders when she was born. Eventually, Drew would go to work for H.Y.D.R.A, a terrorist organization run by her mother, unaware of its evil deeds. She would later team up with the Avengers, who would continue to distrust her due to her relations with the organization.

She has no direct connection to Peter Parker (Spider-Man), except for being a mutual ally.
