Sports Car Graphic

Magazines & Periodicals

Sports Car Graphic was published by Petersen Publishing. John Christy was the editor, Wally Parks was the editorial director and Jerry Titus was the technical editor.

The editors' intention was to target the reader who liked to drive and didn't think of the automobile as a mere machine. While never quite the same in stature as Road & Track or Car and Driver to some readers, its coverage of many European and American racing events was quite good. It was focused primarily on sports cars, but it also covered American muscle cars and U.S. sports cars.
