Something Missing?

Starline Models started producing inexpensive, but well detailed 1/43rd scale diecast model cars in 2005. The company was founded by Roland Ender, a former director of Solido Germany, is based in Germany and the models are made in China, but the range almost solely consists of Italian popular, luxury and sports cars from the 1930s to the 1980s.

Most of these models were originally sold in partworks available at Italian newsagents. Several more expensive and more sophisticated 1/43rd scale resin models were introduced under the Lux B name in 2008 and 2009. In addition to the 1/43rd scale car models, Starline Models has also introduced a range of Italian motorcycles in 1/24th scale as well as Austrian buses and trucks by Steyr, Saurer, ÖAF and Gräf & Stift in 1/87th scale made for the Vienna-based company Austrian Car Collection.
