Tarn is the leader of the Decepticon Justice Division (DJD) and one of the main antagonists in Transformers: More than Meets the Eye. The DJD enforce Megatron's word, hunting down any Decepticon who interfere with their cause and killing them as painfully and gruesomely as possible to dissuade any other potential deserters. Tarn's every action is in service to the Decepticon cause. While Tarn seems charming, he is a bureaucratic, cruel madman who is desperate to see himself as far more important than he actually is.
