Philip Blake, also known by his nickname "The Governor" and briefly by the pseudonym of Brian Heriot, is a main character and an antagonist, as well as a survivor of the outbreak in AMC's The Walking Dead. He is the leader of the fortified town of Woodbury and later the leader of the River Camp. He served as the primary antagonist of the whole of Season 3 and the first half of Season 4.
