The Monarch
Character
The Monarch is the less than adept archnemesis of Dr. Rusty venture in the televison show "The Venture Brothers." After joining The Guild of Calamitous Intent, he spent many years as a henchman for Phantom Limb, all the while moonlighting as his most well known persona. WHile henching, he met Dr. Girlfriend and began their romantic entanglement. He and his Fluttering Horde started with the goal of destroying the life of Dr. Venture, but he later gave up on that rivalry as a condition for ataining duoship (the equivilant of marriage for villains) with Dr. Girlfriend.
