The Super Friends Cartoon Series

The Super Friends was a cartoon series featuring the expoilts Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman and a host of other characters from DC Comics. It was a saturday morning staple from 1973 through 1985. Each season the show was rebranded:

• 1973–1974 series: Super Friends
• 1977–1978 season: The All-New Super Friends Hour
• 1978–1979 season Super Friends / Challenge of the Superfriends
• 1979–1980 season: The World's Greatest SuperFriends
• 1980–1982 seasons: SuperFriends
• 1982–1983 season: The Best of the Super Friends (reruns)
• 1983–1984 season: Cancellation and the "lost episodes"
• 1984–1985 season: SuperFriends: The Legendary Super Powers Show
• 1985–1986 season: The Super Powers Team: Galactic Guardians

There were a total of 93 episodes and two backdoor-pilot episodes of The New Scooby-Doo Movies, with Batman and Robin appearing in "The Dynamic Scooby-Doo Affair" and "The Caped Crusader Caper."
