TMQ stands for "Trademark of Quality". The company was founded by Tod Zipnick.
The company was responsible for porting several games for Atarisoft (Dig Dug, Pacman, Ms. Pacman, Moon Patrol, etc.), and later for Lucasfilms (Rescue on Fractalus!) and Spielberg (Gremlins). Games were ported to the Apple II, the Commodore 64 and the IBM PC. Later, many titles were programmed for the Macintosh, some of which were original titles.
