Tony began his art career with Walt Disney Feature Animation Studios. He has worked as an animation artist and a sculptor on several of Disney’s most popular films in recent years, and has also worked for Dreamworks Feature Animation sculpting animator models on a freelance basis.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Tony attended the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan. He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration and Art Education. Hired on at Disney Studios directly out of college, he spent 7 years in-house before leaving in 1997 to pursue sculpture, full-time. His studio is on Long Island, NY where he lives with his wife, three children, and three dogs.
