Trax models are replicas of Australian vehicles. Details are accurately rendered. The standard Trax car range, normally labeled as "Trax Australian Motoring History" on the boxes, includes GM’s Holden-FJ, Monaro, Torana, Commodore, etc. Ford, early Fairlane’s, but mostly Falcon’s variations, and Chrysler’s, mostly Valiant’s and Valiant Charger’s. Opal series models come in premium packaging and feature vehicles with opening doors, opening bonnet, and boot lid.
Original models were numbered from 8001 to 8011 in mainly in the blue/yellow boxes. In 1992 they switched to a ‘TR’ numbering system, from TR1 to TR94. Other two letetr codes are lso usedfor other types of moles (TX for Trux, for example). (Dave S, Gearbox, April 2025)
