The Wilkes 400 was a NASCAR Winston Cup Series (now Sprint Cup Series) stock car race held at the North Wilkesboro Speedway in Wilkes County, North Carolina. It was held at North Wilkesboro Speedway before the track was abandoned in 1996. Later the race name would change to the 'Tyson Holly Farms 400'.
