Wolverine (James 'Logan' Howlett)

Wolverine, AKA James "Logan" Howlett, is one of the main characters of Marvel's X-Men. Like the rest of the X-Men, Logan is a mutant, and his power is a strong healing factor. His bones are coated in an indestructible metal known as Adamantium, granted him by the Weapon X program. He has three, long, rectractable claws in each hand, supposedly also granted by the Weapon X program (though some renditions portray Logan has having had bone claws prior to the program). Logan suffered amnesia, and thus most of his backstory is unknown.
