A series of small figurines called HEROICS bearing the Marvel and DC Comics licenses were being produced by Tree House Kids. However, NECA believed they were too close in name and style to their own Wizkids HEROCLIX line, and sued. NECA has been awarded an injunction barring Tree House Kids from using the term HEROICS. So the figure line has been renamed ZERBOZ.
