Intersections play a role in roads, in media, and in memory. The Ford Mustang drives across them all, as an avatar of the car that challenged the streets of San Francisco in the film Bullitt. That movie’s prop masters collaborated with Daniel Arsham on a 1:1 resin sculpture, and we collaborated with him on a 1:64 Silkstone edition. All of them evoke the experience of the thrilling cinematic chase – though our recollections, like the car presented here, may erode over time.
