Harley Quinn (Harleen Frances Quinzel)

DC | Character

Something Missing?

Harley Quinn was born Harleen Quinzel, and was working as a psychiatrist in Arkham Asylum when she was assigned to the Joker, Batman's most infamous rival. It didn't take long for Harleen to fall in love with him, and she adopted the persona Harley Quinn, and helped the Joker escape. Harley Quinn has been a long-time super-villain of Batman, first appearing in the Batman: The Animated Series episode "Joker's Favor" in 1992. She is almost always around the Joker, though their relationship appears to be passionately on-off. She has been a member of several evil organizations, perhaps the most recognizable being the Suicide Squad.
