A Brazilian company, originally from Rio de Janeiro, which started producing small-scale diecast models similar to Matchbox Regular Wheels in 1964.

In 1968 this company became the Brazilian distributor for Matchbox, originally importing finished models, then from about 1972 onwards importing parts instead and assembling and painting the models locally. Manufacture took place in the city of Manaus.

Roly Toys, during the years 1964 to 1970, produced in Rio de Janeiro, 10 different miniatures, with 20 variants models. One of models, Chevrolet Camaro didn't enter in production, and only two prototypes are known.
