He is a former offensive lineman for the National Football League's (NFL) Indianapolis Colts and Arizona Cardinals, as well as a three-time Golden Gloves champion and former grappling champion. Corbin is also the winner of the third annual André the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania 32. In 2017, Corbin won the Money in the Bank match for a WWE Championship opportunity, and became the third wrestler to fail to win his cash-in match after being pinned by champion Jinder Mahal.
