BigSky Interactive, Inc. was a development studio founded by Anthony Morone, Matt Scibilia, Billy Cain, Dave Downing, and Stretch Williams, in May 2002. When Kalisto Entertainment SA filed for bankruptcy and the US division Kalisto Entertainment USA Inc. that Williams was leading, was closed down in April 2002, they immediately founded BigSky and took along a team of 30 people, forming two development teams.
