Crusty Rotor

Crusty Rotor is a character from Pixar Studios Cars film franchise. He is a Piston Cup racer that races for the Vinyl Toupee team. He is a Stodgey Suaver EX that is painted pink, with the number 76 on his doors and roof, as well as the Vinyl Toupee logo on his hood. He wears a black toupee on his roof. Between the events of Cars and Cars 3, he retired and was replaced by Rev Roadages. 

In Cars, Crusty appears at the Motor Speedway of the South, competing in the Dinoco 400 against the likes of Lightning McQueen, Strip Weathers, Chick Hicks and many others. He is involved in the huge accident caused by Chick Hicks, during which he spun out hitting Ryan Shields, losing one of his tires in the process. However, he does not suffer any major damage from it.
