Felicity Shagwell

Felicity Shagwell is a fictional CIA agent who appears as the main love interest in Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me (1999). Felicity was active in the late 1960's. Austin first met her when he travelled back to 1969. She is extremely sexually liberated, making a pass at Austin who she says was her inspiration for becoming an agent. Unfortunately, he turns her down as he is not in posession of his Mojo at the time as this has been stolen by Dr Evil.

Austin later saves Felicity's life, however and the two begin a relationship. In the last film, Austin Powers in Goldmember, however, it is revealed that they have split up as Felicity realized Austin was too much of a swinger to be with her. Felicity is played by the American actress Heather Graham.
