Felix Leiter is a fictional CIA agent who appears in numerous films in the James Bond series. Leiter is notable for being played by actors of inconsistent appearance, age and race. Out of the seven actors who have played him in the Eon Productions films, only two of them have played him twice.

Leiter's first appearance is in the first film, Dr. No (1962), where he is played by Jack Lord. He returns in Goldfinger (1964) played by Cec Linder, Thunderball (1965) played by Rick Van Nutter, Diamonds Are Forever (1971) played by Norman Burton, Live and Let Die (1973) played by David Hedison, The Living Daylights (1987) played by John Terry, Licence to Kill (1989) played again by David Hedison and Casino Royale (2006) and Quantum of Solace (2008), played by Jeffrey Wright. He also appears in the non-canon Bond film, Never Say Never Again (1983) played by Bernie Casey.
