Fiona Volpe is a villainess who appears in the 1965 James Bond film Thunderball. She is an agent of SPECTRE and is assisting Spectre leader Ernst Stavro Blofeld with his plan to hijack nuclear missiles and hold the world to ransom. She is killed while dancing with Bond in Jamaica when he sees a reflection of the sniper sent to kill him in her eyes and turns her so she takes the bullet meant for him instead. Fiona Volpe is played by the Italian actress Luciana Paluzzi.
