HAG Modellbahnen GmbH, independent successor of HAG-Modelleisenbahnen AG, is a model railway manufacturer based in Stansstad, Switzerland.

The company was founded in 1944 by Hugo and Alwin Gahler in St.Gallen, from the name was the name "HAG" as a shortcut. The family business was led in 1979 by Werner Gahler, son of Alwin Gahler in 2nd generation. In 1982 the company moved to Mörschwil . As of January 1, 2012, the Hag company was sold to the company Tekwiss Engineering from hawthorn. The spare parts of the older generation vehicles were sold at the same time at the Amiba engine shed, where they are still available. Werner Gahler continued to work until the end of 2012 (closing) still part-time for the company HAG model railways by looking after the former factory shop in Mörschwil.

Currently offered is a range of locomotives, multiple units, passenger, and freight cars for the H0 gauge, almost exclusively based on Swiss models. The models are available for both the two-wire track system and the mid- rail track system.
