The first Kline Kars were built in York, PA by the B. C. K. Motor Co. in 1910 and 1911. As many as 11 different models with various equipment were offered in six and four cylinder engines. Six cylinder 50 horsepower Kline Kars were produced as a five and seven passenger Touring Cars, four passenger Toy Tonneau, and a two passenger Roadster. Four cylinder 40 horsepower and 30 horsepower Kline Kars were produced as a five passenger Touring Car, four passenger Toy Tonneau, and a two passenger Runabout.

By the end of 1911 the B. C. K. Motor Co. reorganized into the Kline Motor Car Corp. This new company then moved it's main factory to Richmond, VA. In 1913 a full line four and six cylinder automobiles that developed 30, 40, 50, and 60 horsepower were produced. Models consisted 2, 4, 5, 6, and 7 passengers.
