The Klosterbrauerei Andechs is a brewery owned by the Benedictine Abbey of Sankt Bonifaz in Munich and Andechs. It is located in Andechs (Upper Bavaria). It is the only monastery brewery in Germany that brews bock beers year-round and sells Germany-wide. The annual beer output is over 100,000 hl. Only a small part of the Andechs beer is served on the "Holy Mountain of Bavaria" in Andechs. Most of the production is distributed all over Germany and many countries to Russia & Finland.
