Lineas Group is a Belgian rail freight company. It emerged from SNCB Logistics. Lineas has subsidiaries in France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands.

The company was founded as a subsidiary of the state-owned SNCB in 2005 under the name "B Cargo". In 2011, privatization took place under the name "SNCB Logistics". For the first time in 2013, the rail freight company reported a positive result before taxes, interest and depreciation (Ebitda). In 2014, Ebitda amounted to EUR 11 million, with sales of EUR 452 million. After Argos Wityu took over 69% of the shares in 2015, the company was named "B Logistics" and finally operating since 2017 as Lineas. As of 31 December 2017, Lineas terminated its shareholding in Cobra SA/NV, a joint production company with DB Cargo for the German-Belgian rail freight transport, based in Brussels.
