Something Missing?

The Officine Stampaggi Industriali SpA (or OSI SpA) was a small company in Italy specializing in stamping automotive body parts and assembly of cars.

The company SpA OSI was founded in 1960 by Luiggi Segre, leader of the Carrozzeria Ghia and Arrigo Olivetti, manager at Fergat. The headquarters of the company is located in Via Agostino da Montefeltro, just opposite the Ghia workshops in Turin. This choice is strategic because the management of Ghia was looking for new industrial opportunities. The new company is quickly dedicating itself to assembling cars in small series, designed by Ghia or for other sponsors.

Ghia will be the first coachbuilder to move from design to complete manufacture of its own models.

In 1968 Ghia took total control of the company and the production of cars ceased.
