Penske Auto Center

Penske Auto Center is an automotive service business owned & oerated by Penske Corp. They were purchased from K-Mart in 1995 when K-Mart decided to get out of the automotive service business.

Roger Penske Jr., son of race-car entrepreneur Roger Penske, was named chairman of Penske Auto Center. Thomas Findlay, 48, a 24-year veteran of K-Mart and its divisional vice president of sporting goods and automotive equipment, was president. The firm is based near K-Mart headquarters in Troy, Mich.
