Something Missing?

Processed Plastic was founded in 1948 in Aurora, Illinois USA by Ross Bergman.  In 1962 Processed Plastic located at 500 Rathbone Avenue in Aurora, IL, employed 100 people who made plastic toys.  Over several years in the 1960s, they built and expanded a new factory along Aucott Road in Montgomery, IL, and all operations were consolidated there.

On January 1, 1965 it bought another Aurora based business called Tim-Mee Toy.  The two firms had had co-operated before and Tim-Mee's product range of mostly toy soldiers was continued under its own label.
