Series

Between 1967 and 1971, all Hot Wheels cars were released with a metal badge designed to hang over a belt or pocket.  These badges were created in order to create child-to-child marketing.  The badges were made in either Hong Kong, or less commonly, the United States.  The badges from the US were generally slightly wider, and came in some color variations to the Hong Kong badges.
