Georg and Johann Einfalt, who had founded Einfalt in Nuremberg in 1922. Until 1935 some of their clockwork novelty toys were marked by the initials G.E.N.; then they changed it to 'Technofix' and it became their trademark. After the war, Technofix diverted to tin toy manufacturing. In the late 1950's, vacuum formed plastic took the place of tin and as a result, quality declined and sales dropped
