The Tomy Company, Ltd. (株式会社タカラトミー in Japanese, also known as Kabushikigaisha takaratomī, Takara Tomy in Japan) is a Japanese toy, children's merchandise and entertainment company. It was formed when the original Tomy company (founded in 1924 as Tomiyama) and its rival Takara (founded 1955) merged on March 1, 2006.

Based in Katsushika, Tokyo, Japan, Tomy produces a wide variety of toys and collectibles for all age ranges from babies to adults. These include Tomica diecast model vehicles, Zoids, Space Pets, Transformers, Choro-Q or Penny Racer cars, as well holding licenses to produce tie-in items for brands like Thomas & Friends, Disney, Pokemon, Naruto, Game of Life and many others. They also produce video games, including Where’s Wally and Naruto.
