Tyler loved hockey. He was an amazing little four year old hockey player. His slap shot and stick handling abilities were well known around Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and his community.

While most infants cling to a security blanket, Tyler, during his long struggle in the hospital, would hold a tiny hockey stick as his security blanket. It became his trademark. As he grew, his talents became recognized by all who knew him and especially the Philadelphia Flyers and Phantoms hockey teams. His idol was John LeClair of the Flyers who also wears No. 10. One of the greatest days of Tyler's young life was when he spent the day with John LeClair.

Whether it was on ice, on rolleblades or on foot, hockey was Tyler. His little hockey stick never left his side and it is with him now. As it was so beautifully said during Tyler's eulogy, Tyler is teaching God to play hockey.

The family of Tyler thanks you for your continued support by collecting his models and keeping his memory alive. Proceeds benefit the Tyler Elliott Memorial Fund which is dedicated to selected organ transplant related charities in his name.
