Via Rail Canada (reporting mark VIA); generally shortened to Via Rail or Via; styled corporately as VIA Rail Canada) is an independent Crown corporation, subsidized by Transport Canada, mandated to offer intercity passenger rail services in Canada.

Via Rail operates 515 trains per week across eight Canadian provinces and 7,800 miles of track, 98% of which is owned and maintained by other railway companies, mostly by Canadian National Railway (CN) and Canadian Pacific Railway (CP). Via Rail carried approximately 4.4 million passengers in 2017, the majority on routes along the Quebec City–Windsor Corridor and had an on-time performance of 73 per cent.
