Milner is best known for his performances in two popular television series: Route 66, which aired on CBS from 1960 to 1964, and as Pete Malloy on Adam-12, which aired on NBC from 1968 to 1975. His partner on Adam-12 was Jim Reed (played by Kent McCord).
