P.E.M. (Precision Engineered Models)

PEM models were first developed by Phil Shaffer’s Hartoy corporation in the 1990s after he noticed a need for a well built, highly accurate big rig scale model in the die-cast marketplace.  Hartoy offered only two different truck cabs - a Kenworth T600 with sleeper, and a Mack CH600 daycab.

The PEM line became a part of Tonkin Replicas family of brands in 2003.
